Paddling on crystal-clear waters among glimpses of unspoiled nature, you can discover the beauty of the Gulf of Follonica, including coves, inlets and a beautiful golden beach, accompanied only by the sound of the paddle touching the water and the call of the seagulls.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing outing, an adventure with friends to explore the area, or if you want to try this water sport for the first time, improve your technique or challenge your speed in a competition, our guides and instructors will be able to recommend the right experience for you!
The activities and courses are open to everyone: families, groups and children can try the thrill of paddling in one of the most picturesque stretches of water on the Tuscan coast.

Guided SUP Tours – Join our excursions to the area’s natural wonders, such as Cala Violina, Sparrowhawk Islet and Torre Civette, accompanied by experienced guides for a safe and engaging experience.
SUP Racing & Events – Put your skills to the test by participating in upcoming sporting events organized by the Punta Ala Sailing Center in collaboration with the FISSW (Italian Federation of Water Skiing and Wakeboarding), with exciting competitions and must-see appointments for Stand Up Paddle enthusiasts.
The waters of Punta Ala are a true paradise for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts! Thanks to the seabed rich in marine life and spectacular underwater scenery, diving here means embarking on a true journey into the deep blue, where colors, lights and underwater movements create a magical and enveloping atmosphere.
Starting in 2025, thanks to a partnership with Feeldive dive school and dive center, we will be able to offer you this new adventure right from our beach. You will be able to explore the Gulf of Follonica with a snorkeling trip, tackle recreational and technical dives, or simply approach this fascinating world for the first time.
If you wish to explore exclusive dive sites, you can dive in the waters around Sparrowhawk Islet and push on to the islands of Cerboli, Palmaiola, Elba and Pianosa, true underwater jewels of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Guided snorkeling – A fascinating excursion to explore the seabed near Sparrowhawk Islet, an area rich in biodiversity perfect for admiring schools of colorful fish, nudibranchs and small underwater caves.
Sea Baptism – If you have never tried scuba diving, this is the perfect opportunity! With the support of certified instructors, you will experience your first breath underwater, safely.
Advanced diving – For those who are already certified and wish to discover exclusive dive sites, exploring rock walls, submerged wrecks and gorgonian gardens.
Night diving – When the sun goes down, the sea is transformed: experience the thrill of a night dive to observe marine life in a whole new light.
