The Italian Fireball Championship marks the return of the tricolor title to Punta Ala, where Centro Velico Punta Ala previously hosted the event in 2017. The best Italian crews will compete for the Italian Champion titles, in a major event for Italian light sailing.
An event that renews the bond between Punta Ala and this iconic sailing class, confirming itself as one of the most significant moments of the season for Italian Fireball.

Success in Punta Ala for the Italian Fireball Championship: Stefanini and Borzani Crowned Champions
Twenty-one crews, nine races, and an overall victory for the Czech duo Procházka and Čáp in the Gulf of Follonica. The 2026 Italian Fireball Championship sets sail for Punta Ala
From 10 to 13 September, the battle for the Italian Fireball title will take place at PuntAla Camp & Resort, with up to nine races and a programme designed to combine sport, spectacle and a holiday on the Maremma coast.
